To find the studio, enter through the double glass doors of the barre3 fitness studio and take the elevator to the second floor. Parking in the building's underground garage is complimentary for two hours, but vehicles must be registered regardless of how long they park.

The facial menu ranges from a $225 Men's Signature Facial and a $225 Noreen's Signature Custom Facial to a $400 SkinPen Microneedling session. Most facials run 90 minutes. Several treatments, including DMK Enzyme Therapy, SkinPen Microneedling and the Corrective Peel add-on, require a consultation first. The Noreen's Signature Custom Facial is designed for new and returning clients, and the add-ons (Hot Stone Hand Massage, Caviar Ultra Eye Treatment and Corrective Peel) can be added to any facial during booking.

Cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Later cancellations and missed appointments are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Arriving more than fifteen minutes late may shorten the treatment, but the full price still applies, and arriving more than thirty minutes late may mean rescheduling. Clients who feel unwell are asked to self-screen and reschedule.

Gift cards can be bought for a dollar amount or a specific facial and are delivered by email. They are redeemed through Vagaro when booking, can be used toward any facial, add-on or retail product, expire 36 months after purchase, and have no minimum amount.

Personal skincare plans are built for each client rather than a one-size-fits-all facial, starting from an evaluation of the skin on the day of the visit.
