Lash appointments start with a full set, a Basic Set for a natural look with some added style, or a Specialty Set, which takes about two and a half hours and begins with a short consultation. Reference photos are recommended for the Specialty Set. Fills are priced by length and booked by how long it has been since the last set: a 45-minute fill up to 8 days after a set, a 60-minute fill up to two and a half weeks after, a 75-minute fill up to 3 weeks after, and a 90-minute fill up to 4 weeks after. A Bottom Mascara Set can be added to any full set. Lash Removal loosens semi-permanent extensions with a paste that breaks down the lash glue. Cluster Sets use temporary lashes supplied by the studio, which can stay on for roughly 10 to 14 days.

Hair services include haircuts with clipper, pixie and layered options, a women's shampoo and cut, roller sets for curls without heat, silk presses, sleek ponytails, and shampoo and braid foundations for wig or weave installs, along with braid and install removal. The Dermaplane Facial removes hair and dead skin with a medical-grade scalpel and should not be booked within 7 days of retinol, topical acne cream, Botox, face waxing or other chemical skin treatments. Waxing add-ons include eyebrow, lip and chin, with eyebrow wax using soy wax. Clients with allergies or sensitive skin should mention this when booking.

The studio also runs a one-on-one lash extension course for people who want to become lash artists. It is five days and 10 hours in 3-hour sessions, priced at $1200, with a $250 deposit to hold a spot. The course includes a starter kit, an information booklet and continuing support after the course. Students bring a live model for day five.

Lash styles are designed around each client's eye shape, length and density.
