The studio's gels are LUXIO premium hypoallergenic gels. Instruments are cleaned, disinfected and sterilized between every client, which the studio describes as sterilization to a medical standard.

A visit begins with booking online, where appointments are secured with prepayment. Walk-ins are accepted when a chair is free. Clients have a 15-minute late window, after which the service may be shortened or the appointment rescheduled. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours ahead makes the prepayment non-refundable. Staff speak English and Russian. The studio is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10 AM to 8 PM and is closed on Mondays. The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
