Noppera is a hair salon on the suite level of a building on West 14th Street, open every day from 10 AM to 8 PM. The team works on cuts for short men's styles, pixies and longer hair, and also offers dry cuts and quick bang trims.

The salon shapes each cut around the client's own style and natural face shape and features. Stylists pay attention to the direction hair grows and each client's hair texture, aiming for a cut that looks natural.

Appointments are booked through the salon's Square booking page. Dry cuts are done on clean hair, and a bang trim covers existing bangs only; a regular haircut is needed for a new look.

Sei, the owner, keeps a tight schedule, so clients are asked to arrive on time or early. Tipping is cash only, and cancellations made within 48 hours are charged a fee equal to the cost of the service.
