The studio describes itself as professional but relaxed, with clean rooms and fast, thorough service. It says it aims for a laid-back, non-clinical feel rather than a cold spa setting, and that it welcomes clients as they are. The rooms are decorated with disco balls and neon lighting and play music. The studio also says it has been waxing for a long time and uses quality ingredients.

Hard wax is heated and applied with a disposable stick. The studio recommends it for thicker, coarser hair and for a first Brazilian. Its hard wax and its soft wax, which is used with hard wax for certain areas, are both described as hypoallergenic. Sugaring uses a simple three-ingredient paste of sugar, lemon and water, kept slightly warmer than room temperature and applied with a gloved hand.

Newer clients can take up to 30% off a first Brazilian, and new-client discounts apply to one first visit only. Returning clients who have been in within the last four weeks pay a repeat Brazilian rate of $59, applied at checkout in studio. Apprentice pricing from $45 for a Brazilian hard wax and from $50 for a full legs wax is offered at the Dallas and Fort Worth locations, using a special that is only available with the studio's newer waxers.

Before a visit, clients are asked to exfoliate the day before, avoid deodorant, oil or lotion on the skin, and make sure hair is at least a quarter inch long, about two weeks after shaving. Arriving 15 minutes early is requested. A card must be kept on file for every booking, with a $1 hold to confirm it. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Changing to a different time on the same day is free when a slot is open. Clients under 18 need consent from a parent or guardian, sent by email. A companion may come along but waits in the waiting room or the car. Waxing is not done for clients taking Accutane, and is not recommended for clients on Retin A, Renova, Differin or similar skin-thinning acne medications. It also cannot be done on sunburned or irritated skin, open skin, or moles.

After waxing, the studio applies its Jelly Mask, which it describes as cooling, calming and hydrating and meant to help with redness, irritation and ingrown hairs. Clients are asked to leave the skin alone for 12 to 24 hours with no heat or friction, and to begin regular exfoliation about 48 hours later. The studio says waxing is typically repeated every three to four weeks, as regrowth usually shows after about one to two weeks. It also carries an ingrown hair serum that uses chemical exfoliation.

The studio aims for a relaxed, non-clinical setting and uses hypoallergenic wax products, with hard wax and sugaring offered as separate methods.
