About

It is open seven days: weekdays 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturdays 9 AM to 4 PM, and Sundays 10 AM to 3 PM. Walk-in visits are accepted when a slot is free, while booking in advance holds a preferred service and time. Appointments can be made online, by text or by phone, and become confirmed after the scheduler completes the reservation. Off-street parking is located right in front of the building.

The cold services are the core of the menu. Whole body cryotherapy is a staff-guided session in an electric chamber that uses cold air rather than liquid nitrogen, reaching about -110 degrees F. Localized cryotherapy uses a device called the XCryo in a private room to direct cold air at one chosen area, such as a knee, shoulder, elbow, calf, ankle, hip or lower back. The studio says this may give temporary relief for some clients, and that experiences vary. CryoFacial is a 10-minute cold-air facial using the same XCryo machine around the face and neck. The client stays seated, and there are no needles, injections or traditional cleansing and extraction steps.

Beyond these, the menu covers heat, compression, relaxation and light sessions. Private infrared sauna rooms provide dry heat during 30- or 45-minute visits; towels are supplied, and guests are advised to bring water and dress in loose clothing. A single booking reserves the room for as many as four people. NormaTec compression works through sleeves that fill and deflate in turn around the legs, hips or arms, and the client stays seated or reclined, fully dressed. NuCalm is a guided 30-minute audio session delivered through headphones with an eye mask, involving no heat, cold or compression. Hydromassage sends warm, adjustable water jets through a dry bed, so clients remain clothed; the experience is delivered by a machine rather than by a therapist's hands. Celluma Pro LED positions a flexible light panel over the face or a chosen area of the body while the client rests, and it may be combined with hydromassage within one 30-minute appointment.

CryoSlim is a separate, non-surgical body contouring service delivered by staff with a handheld device over a selected area: chin, neck and jawline, arms, legs and buttocks, or stomach. It involves no surgery or injections, is not a weight-loss program, and results vary, so no set outcome is promised. Pricing is set by treatment area, and single visits can be booked without a membership. Memberships include Chill at 85 dollars a month with two sessions and 20 percent off extra sessions, Super Chill at 115 dollars a month with three sessions and 30 percent off extra sessions, and The Chillest at 350 dollars a month for daily access to all retail services except CryoSlim. Memberships carry a three-month minimum and cannot be shared. Packages can be shared or split with friends or family, expire 12 months after purchase, and can be used by a friend who gives the purchaser's name at the desk. Students receive 15 percent off, military, police, fire, nurses and EMS receive 25 percent off, and approved groups receive 20 percent off eligible sessions and packages. Groups of up to 50 can book events such as birthdays, team building, sports team recovery and bachelorette parties.

The studio presents its services as non-medical wellness sessions. It does not diagnose or treat health conditions, and clients are asked to share relevant medications and recent skin procedures before a session. Several services can be combined in one visit, such as a hot-cold pairing of infrared sauna followed by whole body cryotherapy.

Private rooms are used for sauna, localized cryotherapy and CryoFacial, and the studio is not a gym, with no workout floor.
