The salon focuses on nails. Its menu covers hand and foot care alongside enhancement services such as acrylic, dip powder and Gel-x. Weekday hours run from 10 am to 7 pm, with the last appointment of the day at 6:30 pm, and Saturday and Sunday hours are shorter.
The entry tier at $30 is a full-step pedicure with callus removal and a sugar scrub. The $45 tier adds hot stones, a cooling foot mask and double hot towels. The $60 tier uses a CBD-based package made with organic olive oil and sativa seed oil, with a longer massage and warm paraffin wax. The $75 tier adds cooling eye masks, a sea salt detox foot soak, a longer massage and a hand massage with collagen serum. The top tier at $100 includes a bubbling foot tub, the longest massage on the menu, and hand and neck massage.
Enhancement options include Builder gel, Gel-x extensions in small, medium, large and extra-large sizes, and EMA acrylic. Nail art can be done in coffin, stiletto, almond or square shapes and finished with glitter, gems, chrome or unicorn powder. Nail art pricing runs from $5 to $100, and examples are shared on the salon's Instagram.
Booking is available online through the salon's Linktree. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to check in. Late arrivals are treated as walk-ins and seen first come, first served. Walk-ins are welcome on Sundays and for same-day visits, though same-day appointments are not offered. Corrections are handled through a fixing appointment, booked by calling or texting the salon. All services are non-refundable, and the salon accepts cash, which it says helps reduce processing fees.
Toe drying stations are no longer provided, so clients who choose non-gel polish for a pedicure leave with wet polish. The salon does not accept guests back for fixes after a non-gel pedicure. It reserves the right to refuse service to clients who do not follow its nail enhancement wear and etiquette standards, and it does not allow threatening, intimidating or disrespectful behavior toward staff or guests.
The salon says sanitation is its first priority and describes its manicure and pedicure spa treatments as 100% vegan.
