The salon is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Appointments can be booked online through the website, and parties can be requested through an online form.

Hygiene is a clear focus. Each client gets disposable liners, technicians wash their hands with antibacterial soap and sanitizer between clients, and tools are washed, disinfected with a phenol-based product and stored in a covered cabinet. Manicure and pedicure tools are sterilized in medical-grade autoclaves, linens are laundered in hot water with fragrance-free detergent, and spa areas are cleaned nightly with hospital-grade disinfectants. The business says its alcohol-based sanitizer kills 99.9% of illness-causing germs.

Guests are offered a complimentary drink on standard services, such as wine or a soft drink, and the salon describes its space as offering atmosphere, joy and beauty. Drinks are limited to one alcoholic beverage per customer per visit, no alcohol is served to anyone under 21, and the salon may decline service to guests who appear overly intoxicated.
