Noire Salon describes itself as focused on natural hair and nail care. Its services are organized into a Loc menu and a Natural Hair menu. Each stylist sets their own prices and opening hours, and the salon says it prides itself on affordability, courtesy, timeliness and quality.

Stylists work with each client as a team, shaping the outcome around that person's hair. Every new client needs a consultation first, which can be virtual or in person. New clients are asked to book by calling or texting the salon's phone line.

Payment and booking rules are firm. A 50 percent deposit is required for appointments over $150, and stylists send their own payment links. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, otherwise a $60 fee is added to the next appointment. A client who has paid a deposit and does not show up forfeits it.

Each client is handled as a joint effort between them and the stylist, with results tailored to their hair after a consultation.
