The studio sits in a loft suite inside Salon Lofts. Clients can park for up to two hours free in the Interlock Tower deck, reached by a ramp to level 2 of the garage, when parking is validated within 15 minutes of entering. Validation is done by scanning a QR code in the deck and another in the suite.

Brow work is the whole menu. The Precision Brow Sculpt maps the brow to find its shape, removes unwanted hair with sensitive cream wax, tweezing and trimming, and finishes with a nourishing oil. From there, clients can add a semi-permanent brow tint that lasts up to about two weeks, or a plant-based henna stain that lasts up to about six weeks, depending on skin type and lifestyle. Sculpted Hybrid Lamination is a six-step keratin treatment that straightens and lifts brow hairs so they can be set in a new position, with tint added and sealed with a nourishing ointment.

The studio describes its mission as offering a luxury brow experience in a spa-like setting and building strong relationships with clients. A complimentary fill or concealer line is available on request with the sculpt, henna stain and lamination services.

To get the most from a visit, clients are asked to arrive with a clean face, since any makeup in the brow area is removed at the start. Clients with allergy concerns are asked to request a patch test before a henna stain. Afterward, the studio advises avoiding touching freshly waxed brows, heavy sweating, eye makeup, exfoliants, direct sun, pools and saunas for 24 hours. Guests are asked to come alone so the space stays calm.

Booking requires a non-refundable online deposit, which goes toward the total. Rescheduling needs at least 24 hours' notice, and a $25 fee may apply to last-minute cancellations. Arrivals get a 10-minute grace period, after which a $10 late fee applies. Appointments more than 15 minutes late are canceled and need a new deposit. The balance can be paid by cash, card or Zelle. The studio is open Wednesday through Friday from 9am to 5pm and Saturday from 9am to 7pm, and is closed Sunday through Tuesday.
