Free parking is available every day from 6 AM to 5 PM in a lot on the opposite side of the road, positioned between the Post Office and the Vino Vino restaurant. For appointments that go past 5 PM Monday through Saturday, clients who have to pay for metered or lot parking receive $2 off their service.

Policies are posted for clients: enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for seven business days after the appointment, excluding breakages; repairs after that period or for breakages, tears or corner breaks carry a charge of $5 or more; there are no refunds on services; and gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Clients should arrive five minutes early, and services for children are offered when they are accompanied by an adult. Visa, Mastercard, debit, Zelle and cash are accepted, and payment is due before services begin.
