The practice takes a personal, conservative approach to aesthetic medicine. Each treatment is planned around the client's anatomy, goals, and how they want to look over the long term. Injectables are chosen to enhance existing features, and the practice will advise against a treatment that does not suit a client. The clinic describes its experience as elevated but welcoming, and it was set up so that people of any gender can feel comfortable exploring treatments.
Every visit starts with a consultation, which costs $200 and is credited toward treatment if the client books that treatment the same day. Clients can also book a specific treatment directly. Consultations are where the provider reviews options and the reasons behind each recommendation. Lip filler appointments include a complimentary dental block, and topical numbing is not offered.
The menu covers Tox, filler, biostimulators, PRF treatments, and skin rejuvenation. Biostimulators include Sculptra and Neck Renewal. Fillers include a range of facial areas as well as Hylenex. The practice works mainly with Galderma products and also uses Restylane, Dysport, Sculptra, and Revanesse Versa filler. Its own Noir Glow treatment is a microneedling service using a proprietary blend.
The practice offers a bridal aesthetics timeline that begins about 12 months before the wedding with a consultation and a full facial assessment. Plans are staged over the months before the event, with the last filler or Sculptra sessions recommended at least two months ahead to allow healing, and new treatments discouraged within one month of the wedding. Clients also receive a customized medical-grade skincare regimen for use at home.
Payment plans are available through Cherry, a third-party provider, with no hard credit check. Zero percent APR options depend on eligibility, and the actual terms depend on credit and other factors. The practice does not run promotions or new client specials, but enrolls clients in a rewards program that provides checkout coupons. A referral program is also offered.
Clients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive are not treated. Tox appointments need a minimum of 30 units. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are treated as no-shows, and cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice by calling the office at 760.688.8500. The office also accepts text messages.
Ms. Ostad's approach is personalized and conservative, aiming for natural-looking enhancements that complement a person's own features.
