Noel Therapi is in Norcross and works mainly on lashes and brows, with waxing and one-on-one sessions also on the menu. Hours run Tuesday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 6 PM, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 6 PM, and the studio is closed on Mondays.

Lash work centers on cluster sets. The Natural Custom Cluster Set offers a soft Natural Wispy finish or a fuller Volume Wispy finish, and the Volume Custom Set is a longer appointment that can add spikes. The portfolio shows brows combined with henna or tint and cluster sets, including cat-eye volume looks. Cluster lash removal uses a non-damaging solution followed by a lash bath to clear adhesive, oils and buildup from natural lashes.

Waxing covers brows and underarms. Brow waxing can use hard wax for sensitive skin or soft wax with strips, and the esthetician chooses between hard and soft wax for underarms based on hair type and skin needs. Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup for lash removal and with deodorant-free underarms for the underarm wax.

Membership plans suit regular maintenance. The Soft Maintenance Membership is $65 a month and includes one cluster lash appointment, brow maintenance, priority booking, member pricing on add-ons and a birthday perk. The Soft Beauty Membership is $100 a month and adds a second cluster lash appointment, a complimentary under-eye treatment and a complimentary lash bath. Membership benefits are applied automatically at checkout when members book through the services page.

Payment and policies: a deposit of $15 is required for lash sets and $5 for cluster lash removal and waxing. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and cannot be refunded once sold.
