The salon describes itself as a nail salon unlike others. The idea is to bring esthetics skills into nail services, so a manicure or pedicure feels closer to a spa visit and is meant to be enjoyable rather than uncomfortable. Full sets can be built in polygel or builder gel, and Gel-X full sets are also offered, with more shapes and sizes planned.
Appointments average two to two and a half hours, and nail art adds time. Prices are shown on the booking site and the total is given when booking; adding services during an appointment, nail art included, raises the price. Nail art, French tips included, must be booked ahead as an add-on. Clients under 18 need an adult present, and arriving more than five minutes early is discouraged. Late clients have a 15-minute grace period before being marked a no-show, and the deposit is not refunded; cancellations need at least 24 hours notice. Clients coming from another salon must arrive with all old products removed, and the salon does not do fills or removals on nails done elsewhere. Keeping nails dry and avoiding cleaning chemicals for 48 hours after service is recommended. Service may be refused to clients who are rude, appear to be under the influence, or appear unwell. An audio and video recorder runs inside the suite around the clock for safety and security.
Combines esthetics skills with nail services to create a relaxing, spa-like visit, with the aim that nail care feels fun rather than painful or stressful.
Dark walls, neon lights and retrowave or vaporwave music give the suite a moody, after-dark feel.
