The studio is built around the idea that a hair appointment can also support the person sitting in the chair, so the hair work is often paired with coaching, intuitive reading or reiki.

Visits begin with a consultation that looks at lifestyle, how much time and energy a client wants to give their hair, the maintenance they can keep up with, face shape, skin tone and personality. Hair sculpting can start with a scalp and shoulder massage if the client wants one, and color appointments can include a hand massage. Hair services end with a blowout and styling tips, and the broader hair experience includes a few deep breaths, brushing, a shampoo with scalp massage and a warm towel.

The studio offers a wide range of hair and grooming services, from a quiet ladies' haircut and a children's or tween haircut to a gentlemen's cut that includes a straight razor shave on the neck and a hot towel afterward. Coaching is offered by phone or in person and comes in three experiences: one for major life transitions, one for self-esteem and self-image, and one for goal setting. Sacred Circles and Brave Space Events bring guided meditation, intentional exercises, creative expression and heart-centered reflection into a group setting.

Pairs hair work with coaching, readings and gentle energy practices, so an appointment can address the person as well as their hair.
