Bookings are made online through the site's Book Now buttons, and kids' services are selected from a separate drop-down. Appointments need to be made at least 4 days in advance. Deposits are non-refundable, and a no-show forfeits the deposit. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late are charged a $10 late fee, and a $20 late fee applies after 35 minutes. An appointment is cancelled as a no-show one hour after its start time.

Hair should arrive clean, dry, detangled, free of grease and oil, and combable. If it does not meet these requirements, a shampoo service can be added for $40. Stitch braids need one pack of braiding hair, and single braid styles such as plats need three packs. Knotless braids can be finished with a boho add-on for an extra $90, which uses human hair in natural colors supplied by the stylist. For styles with extensions such as bundles, lace closures and lace frontals, clients can buy the hair from the stylist.

The business also sells braided wigs and bundles, tote bags, and Hair Slinky products. A virtual braiding class is held on Wednesdays for $75, running about two and a half hours, and a 3 Types braiding course is listed at $700.
