The studio is owned and run by Allison Mockett, an esthetician who specializes in HydraFacial treatments and fully custom skin treatments. Facial options range from a 30-minute custom facial for ages 10 to 17 to a 60-minute fully customized facial, a 60-minute Fire and Ice Facial that combines hot and cold to increase circulation and is designed to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, and a 35-minute LED Light Facial.

HydraFacial is the studio's most popular service, according to the business. The Signature HydraFacial is a three-step treatment with exfoliation and resurfacing, suction to clear pores, and an infusion of moisture, antioxidants and peptides. The Deluxe HydraFacial adds a targeted booster for discoloration and fine lines and finishes with a custom mask. The studio says HydraFacial has no downtime and suits appointments before events. The No Filter Treatment is the most extensive option at 75 minutes, combining steam double cleansing, skin analysis, a Deluxe HydraFacial, extractions, high frequency, LED Light Therapy, a face, neck and shoulder massage with cold globes, a custom mask, serums, eye cream, moisturizer, SPF and an oxygen blast.

Chemical peels require a skin consultation before booking so the peel and treatment plan can be chosen. Prep and post-treatment products for most peels are included in the price. Dermaplaning is available only as an add-on to a facial and removes dead skin and vellus hair from the face. The business states that dermaplaning does not make hair grow back thicker or darker.

Brow services include a basic 20-minute shaping with hypoallergenic wax and a brow shaping and stain service that includes trimming, waxing, tweezing and staining, with the shape set by the golden ratio. The Lash Lift + Stain takes about an hour and is a semi-permanent lash perming treatment for clients who do not want extensions.

Booking is by appointment, and a card must be on file to book. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and cancellations made within 24 hours are charged a $50 fee. Clients more than 15 minutes late are asked to reschedule and are charged the full service price. Evening and Saturday appointments are limited and prioritized for current clients, and a waitlist is available. The studio is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm; it is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. The studio also has a YouTube channel with product reviews, treatment videos and tutorials.

Treatments are built on a working understanding of how skincare ingredients interact with the skin. The studio uses Cosmedix and IS Clinical products.
