Visits are shaped around the client. A consultation is offered before any service to assess hair needs and is recommended for new clients who are unsure what to book. Services are personalized to fit how a client styles their hair day to day and the rest of their routine. All services are final, and a deposit is needed to reserve a time.
Balayage and blonde work is a large part of the menu. The salon's Infinity Balayage is a placement designed for easy grow-out, and the salon says it applies color to only half of each hair shaft to limit damage. Retouch and face framing services are offered between full appointments, and a signature service pairs Infinity Balayage with the Mermaid Haircut, which includes a wash and blow out for longer hair.
Housecall visits are available for a limited set of services that do not require salon equipment. Mobile bookings require a deposit and can only be made by phone or email, with a travel fee that starts at $50 within an 8-mile radius of the salon and adds $5 for each additional mile.
Services are built around a concept the salon calls Beauty Minimalism, which pairs minimalist style with each client's distinct hair texture.
