A first visit is a 75-minute New Client Skin Experience that opens with a 15-minute skin analysis under professional lighting. Treatments are built during the session around that day's skin, choosing products and pressure as the appointment goes. A typical visit includes a botanical double cleanse, the treatment itself, and a lymphatic and sculptural massage, and clients start with herbal tea served in ceramic cups. Afterward they receive a written home routine that notes what was done.

There is no fixed menu and no upselling. Recommendations follow the client's goals and how their skin changes over time. Options range from a free 20-minute virtual Skin Strategy Consultation, which includes a pre-call form, a live video call and a personalized AM/PM routine with a product list sent within 24 hours, to single facials, multi-session packages, microneedling and a 3-month Acne Bootcamp.

Memberships are billed monthly, with the first month paid at sign-up. They can be paused or cancelled at any time, and unused treatments roll over under tier rules. Packages are paid once with no recurring charge. Studio hours are Monday to Friday 12pm to 7pm and Saturday to Sunday 10am to 4pm, and reschedules are free up to 24 hours before an appointment.

Treatments are built around each client's skin on the day, using current evidence-based protocols and no templated menu, with recommendations shaped by goals and progress over time.
