The menu runs from classic manicures and pedicures to acrylic, gel and dip full sets, fill-ins, polish changes, waxing for the face and body, and a kids mani-pedi.

Walk-ins are welcome seven days a week. Clients can also call ahead to book a time and choose a technician, or reserve a favorite when booking and let the salon match them if they have no preference. Complimentary drinks come with any service over $30, one per guest, with options that include wine, champagne, beer, tea, soft drinks and water. Massage chairs are available in the salon.

Guests are welcomed into a quiet, tidy room that the salon calls somewhat upscale. Metal tools are sterilised after each guest, and foot basins are washed after every client and given a thorough clean at the close of each day. Work stations are sanitised repeatedly during opening hours. According to the salon, its goal is high-grade nail, skin and waxing services, delivered from the first step to the last.

Groups are welcome for baby showers, weddings, birthdays, proms and homecomings. Clients should call ahead to reserve chairs and technicians, and group rates are available by asking at the front desk. Gift cards can be bought in person at the front desk.
