Braiding is offered for men, women and children, and the price list covers everything from kids' ponytails to full braided mohawks, with many styles priced by size or stitch count.

Appointments require a deposit before they can be booked. Clients can move an appointment once, using the same deposit, by texting the salon. A 10% fee applies to cancelled appointments, and clients who no-call, no-show are banned from booking. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Payments are accepted.

Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8 AM to 2:30 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 9 PM. The business is closed Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Children's appointments have a no-tolerance policy for children who will not sit for their service. Client reviews on the site describe the braider as patient with young and fidgety children.
