Many visits begin with a consultation. The Healthy Hair Care consultation assesses hair and scalp health and results in a customized plan that names recommended services, treatments and home care products. A separate extensions consultation covers installation methods, upkeep, pricing and how to choose a solution. Some installs, including the microlink services, require a consultation and stylist approval before booking, and the tape-in install also requires a consultation first.
The silk press menu has several tiers: a regular press with a starting price that may rise for thickness, length or extreme tangles, a bombshell press, and a first-timer press for new clients that includes a mini consultation and a hydration steam treatment. The studio also offers natural hair twists, which require 100 percent natural hair with no relaxer or heat damage and no added hair, along with relaxers, texturizers, and keratin and smoothing treatments. The portfolio shows natural hair twists, bond extensions, natural hair bobs, silk pressed natural hair, sew-ins, Miracle Knots, K-tips, hydration steam treatments and rod sets.
Every appointment requires a non-refundable deposit at booking, which is applied toward the total cost of the service. Deposits cannot be transferred, refunded or credited. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment incur a 30 percent charge of the booked service, no-shows are charged the full service price, and same-day cancellations for any reason are treated as no-shows. Failure to follow the cancellation policy can lead to service refusal and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
