The spa states that its therapists were trained in Thailand by massage masters there, and that they have worked at five-star resorts in Phuket and Krabi. Massage is performed by licensed therapists. The business describes itself as Tulsa's finest massage and its service as the most pleasant and highest quality massage experience in the city; these are its own claims.
Clients can book by phone or text, and same-day appointments are encouraged. Appointments must be confirmed by noon on the day, otherwise they are cancelled and offered to others, a policy the spa uses to reduce no-shows.
