The spa is located in Units 124 and 125 at Phenix Salon Suites on North Deer Park Boulevard, and it serves clients from communities including Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Barrington, Arlington Heights, Inverness, Lake Zurich, Rolling Meadows and Elk Grove.

The menu covers spa treatments, skincare services and medical aesthetic procedures for the face and body. Injectables include several types of botulinum toxin, including Botox, Dysport and Xeomin, along with a range of dermal fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm, Radiesse and Sculptra. The laser menu includes treatments for acne, hair removal, skin resurfacing, skin tightening, tattoo removal and vein removal, using equipment from brands such as Alma Harmony, Cutera and Isolaz. Peels include medical peels using prescription-strength topical products, as well as chemical peels and microdermabrasion. Skin treatments include SkinPen microneedling and radio frequency skin tightening, and the spa also offers semaglutide weight loss services.

Hydrafacial single sessions are listed at $150, with a three-session package at $125 per session and a six-session package at $99 per session. Botox is listed at $9.99 per unit, and first-time Botox clients are listed at $8.99 per unit. First-time microdermabrasion or chemical peel clients are listed at $49, compared with a regular price of $100.

The spa offers a free 45-minute consultation by phone at 847-505-2722 or by email. Hours are Monday 10am to 5pm, Tuesday through Thursday 12pm to 8pm, Friday 12pm to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 6pm, and closed Sunday.

The spa also sells skincare and makeup from several lines, including Image Skincare, mlis, PCA Skin, Neocutis and Mineralogie Makeup, and it can make custom-blended skincare formulated to a client's needs after a consultation or treatment visit.

Each visit begins with a consultation to assess skin type and hear the client's concerns, with the aim of pairing treatments with a suitable at-home routine.
