Braid options include knotless braids, box braids on natural hair, children's cornrows, men's cornrows, cornrows with extensions, crochet installs, and takedowns or braid-downs of an earlier style. Locs services range from starter locs and consultations to retwists, loc detox and interlocking for traditional locs, which the studio notes is not for micro locs. Color services include demi color, partial and full custom color, and extension color.

Booking terms are spelled out in the listing. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment carries a charge of 50 percent of the service total. Knotless braids require a $100 deposit, full custom color requires a $100 deposit for new clients, partial custom color requires a $50 deposit for new clients, and starter loc consultations require a $25 deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
