Nisey's Spa offers head spa treatments and lymphatic drainage at 180 Belvedere Drive North, Suite 10 in Gallatin, Tennessee. The head spa is located inside Bellezza Salon and Med Spa.

The scalp spa menu has five treatments. The 30-minute Luxury Mini Scalp Spa ($65) covers a shampoo, a scalp detox and a scalp massage using several tools. The one-hour options at $125 each build on that. The Luxury Scalp Spa adds a deep massage with tools, hair steaming, a head spa halo, and a personalized oil and conditioning treatment. The Oily Scalp Spa is designed for clients with an oily scalp and uses a shampoo made to remove excess oil and dandruff, along with a scalp detox, hair steaming, a head spa halo and additional treatments. The Dry Scalp Spa is for clients with a dry scalp and includes a hydrating shampoo, a detox to lift buildup and flakiness, tool-based massage, hair steaming, a head spa halo, and a deep conditioning and oil treatment. The Hair Growth Spa is a one-hour session with a shampoo, a detox to clear follicles, extended massage, hair steaming, a head spa halo, and a conditioning and oil treatment.

Booking requires a $45 deposit for each scalp spa and a completed client intake form before the first visit. The Blow Out is an add-on only, lasts 45 minutes, costs $45, and has to be added when booking a spa service. After any scalp spa, clients can leave with wet hair, take advantage of a free rough dry using automatic dryers, or add a professional blowout for an additional charge. The website does not list opening hours, so clients are directed to call the salon.

Lymphatic drainage is offered as a one-hour session for $125 or a 30-minute session for $65. According to the salon, the treatment can help with fluid buildup in the sinuses, swelling, bloating and puffiness. Gift cards come in physical and virtual form. Physical cards are bought in person at the salon, while virtual cards are bought by phone or email. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and must be shown at the time of service. Gift cards previously purchased from Bellezza are valid at this location.
