Cosmetic work includes BOTOX Cosmetic for moderate to severe frown lines and crow's feet, Juvederm hyaluronic acid fillers for wrinkles, folds and volume loss, and Kybella for fat below the chin. Microneedling is offered through SkinPen and Secret RF, with the optional EXO|E three-step add-on for Secret RF. Microdermabrasion uses natural diamond chips, and SkinMedica peels are used for melasma, sun-damaged skin and hyperpigmentation. Staff give a verbal estimate before any cosmetic service, quotes are valid for 30 days, and prices may change.

Returning patients should arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to check in and update insurance or contact details. New patients should plan on 20 to 30 minutes to check in and complete paperwork. Bring a state ID, insurance card and a referral if one is required. Appointments should be cancelled or moved at least 24 hours ahead, and a patient arriving 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who handles consent and payment.

Medical services are billed to insurance, and copays are due on the day of the visit. Cosmetic services are paid the day they are performed. The office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal check, but does not take CareCredit or other healthcare financing cards. Payment plans can be set up through billing within 15 days of a statement. Gift cards can be used only for cosmetic services or products, and laboratory and pathology work is billed separately by the lab.

The office is at 1460 N. Halsted Street, Suite 505, near the North/Clybourn Red Line stop, and offers validated parking. Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings as listed, Tuesday until 6 p.m. and Thursday until 7 p.m., with a daily closure from noon to 1 p.m. Phone is 312-266-6462.
