A first visit is planned as a longer appointment. First-timer appointments leave time to review the current hair routine, examine the scalp and hair, talk through hair care, and then shampoo, condition, cut and blow out. Add-on treatments for these visits include a deep conditioner, a repairing treatment, a scalp scrub and a hair detox.

Color work starts with a consultation: clients complete an emailed questionnaire, meet in person, and then receive estimated pricing. New color clients need to finish that consultation at least two days before their color appointment, or the color is cancelled. Every color service includes a repairing treatment, and additional treatments can be recommended for an extra cost. Clients are asked to use a pretreatment product at home beforehand to lift mineral deposits and product build-up. Blonde services include deluxe bond creator developers. Corrective color may take one to four appointments and sometimes begins with changes to home care and in-salon treatments.

The salon uses the Jackwinn Pro color and care line, which is sold directly to salons. According to the salon, these products are made with pharmaceutical and botanical ingredients, with many ammonia and PPD free options, and are gluten free, wheat free and cruelty free. They can be bought at the salon or ordered online through the brand's salon page.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least three days' notice. Five reschedules or cancellations made with proper notice are free within a year; after that, each costs $50. Changes made without three days' notice are charged $50. Unpaid cancellation fees carry over to the next visit and must be paid before the next service, and repeated rescheduling may lead to suspension or a ban from the salon.
