Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are free; cancellations within 24 hours carry a 30% fee, and no-shows are charged 50% of the appointment fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold for $50, $75, $100, $200, or a custom amount and are final sale. The business donates $5 from every service purchase to the American Cancer Society.
