The facial menu runs from a 30-minute express facial, which is the 60-minute facial condensed, up to 60-minute options. The basic facial includes a double cleanse, an enzyme exfoliant, extractions when needed, facial massage, a mask, and a neck and shoulder massage, followed by product recommendations and an aftercare discussion. Specialty facials include the S'mores Facial, which uses a honey cleanser, a chocolate enzyme exfoliant and a marshmallow mask left on for 10 minutes; the Spiced Mocha Facial, with antioxidants, detoxifying agents and a spiced pumpkin mask; the Zombie Facial, built on peptides, antioxidants, stem cells and botanicals; the Oxygen Facial; and the Chocolate Champagne Facial, which pairs chocolate scent with pure oxygen. The Dermaplane Facial adds dermaplaning to a basic facial to remove vellus hair and dead skin.

Brazilian waxes are offered for female anatomy only, as the business is not trained in male anatomy Brazilians. Lash and brow services include lash lifts, which come with a free lash tint, lash tints, brow laminations and brow tints. A 60-minute back treatment is available for back acne, and dermaplaning and peel add-ons can be added to other services.

A cancellation fee of 30% applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment, though exceptions may be considered.
