The menu is organized by length and shape. Short, medium and regular or extra long sets each have their own prices, and most entries give an approximate appointment time, from about 30 minutes for a gel fill to around two hours for the larger freestyle sets.

Design work is the main draw. Clients can choose from inspiration sets, send a photo to be matched, or leave the design to the nail tech. Options range from simple color and French tips to stones, charms, chrome, ombre, airbrush and 3D flowers, with the price rising as the decoration grows.

Booking details are listed on the site. Business hours run Monday through Saturday, with later evening hours Tuesday through Friday. Some services take a small deposit at booking, and new clients are asked for a deposit on short acrylic. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to notify the salon as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when clients book through the services page.

Designs can be built from a photo or inspiration a client sends, with some sets duplicated from a picture and others created from the nail tech's own ideas.
