Manicures start with a Basic Bee manicure at $27 and a gel polish manicure at $43, and go up to the Nieon Signature manicure at $65, which adds a bath bomb soak, sugar scrub, paraffin mask, warm candle wax massage, hot stones and an ozone steamer. Pedicures range from a Basic Bee pedicure at $39 and a callusless version at $48 to the Nieon Signature spa pedicure at $99, which includes a flower petal bath soak, paraffin mask, candle wax massage, hot stones, a pedi steamer and a hot towel treatment. The CBD pedicure at $85 builds its scrub, mask and oil massage around CBD.
Dazzle Dry is the salon's four-step system of nail prep, base coat, lacquer and top coat. The business states that used as a system it lasts up to two weeks chip-free and hardens in about five minutes without UV lamps. It also says the products are free of a long list of solvents and additives, including toluene and formaldehyde, are not tested on animals, and contain no nitrocellulose. The products are formulated and tested at the company's headquarters in Chandler, Arizona, according to the business.
Extension options include acrylic, dip, Gel X, liquid gel builder and hybrid or tap gel, offered as full sets and refills. Prices run from $45 for an acrylic toes refill to $85 for an acrylic toes full set with a pedicure. Gel polish is not included in the listed acrylic toes and Gel X toes prices.
A non-refundable deposit secures an appointment and is applied to the total at the visit. It is required for new clients, parties of two or more, and anyone with a history of no-shows. Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice. Intricate two-finger designs and larger need a call to confirm the design, along with a non-refundable deposit. Services are non-refundable, and no refund or credit is given for a change of mind. Scratched or misshapen nails should be reported within 24 hours of service, with a repair appointment booked within three days, and concerns are raised at checkout. Product warranty is 10 days for gel and extension nails and seven days for Dazzle Dry. The salon says it offers a Perfect Nails or It's On Us guarantee. Diabetic clients are asked to tell staff at check-in.
The salon has a private nail service room and a space for bridal showers, birthday celebrations, bachelorette or bachelor parties, corporate events and get-togethers. Spa pedicures use a pipeless, noiseless chair. Hours are Monday to Saturday 10am to 7pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm. Tuesdays include free warm paraffin wax with a service, and Sunday groups of three or more get 10% off.
