The loc menu covers starter locs, which include a required consultation and a session of cleansing, scalp massage, steam, installation as coils or two-strand twists, and aftercare instructions. Traditional interlocking starter microlocs also require a consultation before booking. Small and large interlocking microlocs take about eight hours, and retwists, loc styling, loc color using permanente color or tips, and neck-length, mid-back and longer loc services are also offered.
Microloc retightening is priced by loc size and the number of weeks since the last service, and time runs from about four to six and a half hours depending on the size. New clients need a consultation first, and locs that need repair or maintenance carry an upcharge.
Color services, including semi-permanent color, permanent color, retouches, crown-only work and highlights, require a consultation and a patch test, and clients must disclose known allergies to ammonia and other chemicals. Relaxer retouches also require disclosure of known chemical allergies. Other services include deep conditioning, steam treatments, shampoo, blow dry, trims that cover the ends only, and a consultation appointment.
The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday in the late afternoon and evening, with Saturday hours running from 9 AM to 7 PM, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. For same-day appointments, clients are asked to call first to confirm availability.
