Prices listed are base prices that vary between stylists, so an exact quote requires an in-person consultation. Corrective color is quoted at consultation, and a consultation also helps clients choose how human hair extensions are applied. Balayage or ombre is described as a seamless grow-out compared with traditional foils.

The salon is Bellami certified for human hair extensions. Its Brazilian Blowout treatment is described as giving about 12 weeks of smooth, frizz-free hair, and the scalp treatment exfoliates the scalp, adds a soothing mask and finishes with a style. The online store sells hair care products and gift cards.

Clients book appointments online. The salon is open Monday 10am to 5pm, Tuesday 9am to 8pm, Wednesday 10am to 8pm, Thursday 9am to 8pm, Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm. Appointments are secured with a credit card hold that is not charged at booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
