Bookings are made through the salon's Fresha page or by calling (440) 258-8900. Some services need extra planning: Miracle Knots require a phone consultation before booking, and for adult knotless braids clients are asked to bring three or four packs of pre-stretched braiding hair.
Service lengths vary. Adult natural twists take about 2 hours 15 minutes, adult loc retwists and styling about 2 hours 30 minutes, adult natural braid styles about 2 hours, Miracle Knots about 3 hours, and adult knotless braids (medium, mid-back length) about 4 hours. Add-ons such as boho hair take about an hour, and take-downs of braids, extensions or updos also take about an hour.
The studio aims to build each client's confidence by meeting their hair care needs and creating the style they want.
