The salon's stated mission is to help every woman look and feel uniquely beautiful. Its view is that beauty comes from feeling confident and like your best self, not from becoming someone else, and that looking your best can give a real boost in confidence.

Appointments are designed to feel personal and unhurried. Artists take time to learn each client's style and comfort level before working. Bridal clients can have a free phone consultation and trial, and new clients can book a complimentary phone consultation before their first appointment. Online booking is available at the Brookfield studio.

Airbrush makeup is a signature option, available with senior artists and the founder. Foundation is applied as a fine mist, and each shade is custom blended to the client's skin tone. Coverage can be light, medium or full depending on how many passes are applied. The salon says the finish is water-resistant and transfer-resistant, and it guarantees the makeup will stay in place for 10 hours.

The salon takes on large wedding parties and events with no set minimum or maximum group size, and details are arranged with each client. Team members are trained and mentored in-house, and the salon says it invests in its artists through continuing education and bridal training.
