Bookings are by appointment only, Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, and can be made online through the Book Now button, which the studio notes gives the best availability. Questions can be sent by text or call to 571-343-9918. A 30% commitment fee secures a time and is non-refundable, with the remaining balance due on the day of the procedure. All forms of payment are accepted, and a consultation booked before the appointment costs $15 and is not part of the initial service fee.

Clients must be 18 or older, sign the current Terms and Conditions, and review the medical eligibility requirements before booking. Arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment and requires a new deposit to rebook. One reschedule is allowed under the same deposit, while cancellations made 72 hours ahead carry a $75 fee and need a new deposit. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged the remaining service balance. Guests and pets are not allowed inside, and the studio may keep session photos as samples of its work.

Brows look very dark at first and lighten by about 40 percent within two weeks, and some scabbing is expected during the first 10 days. For four weeks afterward, clients should avoid facials, Botox, chemical treatments, direct sun and tanning. Tweezing, waxing or electrolysis should be avoided for a week before the procedure, and waxing or tinting for three days before. Results generally last one to three years, but no result is guaranteed, and the studio says results vary by individual.

Brow shape is planned around facial structure, the existing brows and facial symmetry, and shaving is not required. Pencil mapping comes before any pigment is placed, so the design is settled with the client first.

Ombre powder brows at $730 and combination brows at $750, each taking about three hours, for brows never tattooed before, plus brow correction at $850 for brows that were tattooed previously.

Annual touch ups for combination or ombre powder brows at $390 each, taking about two hours, for clients keeping an existing brow tattoo maintained.
