Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations within 24 hours are treated as late and are charged the full scheduled service value plus any card fees, and repeated no-shows may need to prepay future bookings. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Payments are accepted through the booking platform.
