Appointments run from about 1 hour 45 minutes for a classic set to 3 hours for mega volume.

Returning clients can book refills, which remove grown-out lashes and replace them along with any missing ones. Refills are offered in the same four styles. They require at least 40 percent of the extensions to still be attached; otherwise a full set is needed.

Extras include lash removal, which takes about 30 minutes, and eyebrow waxing, which takes about 15 minutes.

Booking is handled online. A $25 deposit is due when reserving and goes toward the total. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice to cancel, since a cancellation inside that window forfeits the deposit. Arrivals have a 12-minute grace period; after that, the appointment is cancelled and a new booking and deposit are needed. Clients should arrive with eyes free of eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara, and are asked to avoid gum and caffeine beforehand. Children are only allowed when they are receiving a service. Clients who feel unwell are asked to reschedule. Guests may bring a small blanket or earbuds.

Clients with sensitive skin can text to arrange a patch test at least two days before their service date. Concerns about a set need to be raised within 48 hours of the application, and questions can be sent by text.
