The work centres on braiding: natural hair styles, extensions and weaves. Knotless, box and Fulani braids come in several sizes, with lengths from 42 inches up to 72 inches for some knotless styles. Listed times include about 2 hours for jumbo knotless braids at 52 inches, about 4 hours for medium knotless at 52 inches, and about 7 hours for small knotless at 52 inches. Crochet styles, individual soft locs, Marley and invisible locs, twists, loc retwists, sew-ins and lace-front wig installs are also offered. Men's and boys' top fades come with cornrows or individuals, and kids can book everything from simple freestyle designs to braids with extensions.

Visits begin with a free consultation of up to 15 minutes, which can be done by text, FaceTime or in person when needed. Styles not on the price list are booked under Freestyle after a text consultation, and the price is adjusted to the look and confirmed then.

Booking is by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. A deposit is taken when booking: $25 for styles under $100, $50 for styles over $100, and $100 for styles over $300. The deposit goes toward the total, and the balance is paid at the end of the appointment. Cash, Zelle and Apple Pay are accepted. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice or the deposit is forfeited, and rescheduling is done by text at least 24 hours ahead. There is a 15-minute grace period, after which a $25 late fee applies.

The salon says it was rated among the top salons in Waldorf in 2025.

Each visit is aimed at leaving the client happier and more confident, with the style chosen to suit the client's own hair.
