Nichole Haynes owns the salon and works as its stylist. Her work centers on lived-in color, luxury extensions and low-effort styling, and she plans each look around what the client is hoping for. New guests booking color, blonding or extensions are asked to have a consultation first; the $30 Luxury Consultation runs 20 to 30 minutes, and its fee goes toward the service when it is booked.

Cancellations or changes need 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside that window are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged 100%. A valid card is needed to book and is charged only for late cancellations or no-shows. Arriving 10 to 15 minutes or more late may mean a shortened service or a rebooking, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The salon is open Wednesday 9 AM to 3 PM and Friday and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
