The pedicure menu has several tiers. A basic spa pedicure includes nail shaping, cuticle work, a scrub, a warm towel and a massage. Higher tiers add callus removal, a choice of scent, a foot mask, hot stone and paraffin. The rose tier uses a herbal rose salt soak and a rose mud mask, and the VIP tropical volcano pedicure adds a volcano detox soak, a CBD sugar scrub, a collagen mask and steam.

Each client gets a personal nail kit and a footbath liner. The salon says it aims to keep every visit comfortable and relaxing, and that client satisfaction comes first. If a client is not happy with a service, it is re-performed within three days, though refunds are not given.
