Simple solid-color sets sit at the entry level, while tiered designs and fully custom freestyle sets cost more and take longer.
Basic and tiered sets include an expert dry manicure. Basic sets use a nude builder gel base or a choice of solid color. Tier 1 sets offer french or ombre, chrome, or one simple abstract-line color, with french carrying a small extra charge in Gel X. Higher tiers add more design techniques, up to four at the top tier. Freestyle sets are designed by Nicole, and the client picks the shape, length and whether it is builder gel or Gel X.
The studio also handles maintenance and changes: removing builder gel or Gel X, repairing a nail after a pop-off, adjusting length on builder gel, and sizing custom press-on nails. Soak offs done as part of a new set are priced lower, and the soak off must be Nicole's own work. Foreign soak offs, for Gel X or acrylic nails the studio did not apply, are available as an add-on and may cost more if extra time is needed.
Packages of six sets are available in basic or Tier 1 designs, in builder gel or Gel X. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking from the services page. The portfolio shows custom work including aura, chrome, cat eye, gems, 3D art, blooming gel, french tips and hand-painted designs, as well as custom designs based on Korean nail styles.
Payments are taken in person. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Deposits run from $5 to $30 depending on the service. Cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment forfeits the deposit and adds a charge of 50% of the service. One reschedule is free with more than 24 hours notice. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation with a full charge, or a 20% late fee if the appointment can still be taken. Hours are Monday to Thursday 9:30 AM to 8 PM, Friday and Saturday 9:30 AM to 7 PM, and closed Sunday.
