Studio hours are Wednesday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the studio closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Bookings are made through the ChairWatch booking site. No deposit is currently required, though a valid payment method may be needed to hold a reservation. Cancelling with less than 12 hours' notice incurs 75% of the scheduled services, and a no-show is charged 100%. Cancellation fees are based on the total value of the scheduled services, and rescheduling inside those windows may carry the same fee. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; arrivals more than 10 minutes late may pay a $15 late fee, and those 15 or more minutes late may need to rebook under the cancellation policy. Nail inspiration photos should be sent at least 48 hours ahead, and add-ons cannot be guaranteed on short notice, so it helps to book every service up front.
