Full sets come in five styles. A classic natural set aims for a natural, fuller look, while a hybrid set mixes classic and volume lashes as a lighter version of the volume set. Volume sets apply two to four lash fans in 4D to 8D mixes, Russian sets use 8D to 12D mixes, and the mega volume set uses at least 12D mixes for the most volume the salon offers. Appointments run from about one hour and fifteen minutes for a classic natural set to about two hours and fifteen minutes for a mega volume set.

Fills are offered at two- and three-week intervals in classic, hybrid, volume, Russian and mega volume styles. A fill needs about 40 percent of lashes still in place; otherwise it is charged as a full set, and anything after 27 days is also treated as a full set. Lash removal takes about 15 minutes. A tint or lash lift is listed at $120. Waxing covers eyebrows, lip and chin, at about 15 minutes each for brows and lip and $20 for chin.

The salon says each employee is carefully selected and completes extensive training before starting work.
