The practice works on a direct care model that does not depend on insurance. Its main clinic is on Peninsula Corporate Circle in Boca Raton, and a second Boca Raton location is listed inside Salon Edge at Village Point.

The practice's view is that hair and skin conditions rarely exist on their own. It looks at how they may relate to hormones, nutrition, inflammation, metabolism and daily lifestyle, rather than treating only the visible symptom. Plans are individualized, and the practice says it does not use standardized protocols or one-size-fits-all plans.

A first step is a complimentary 15-minute consultation, which the practice describes as a chance to talk through concerns and decide where to begin, not a sales call. From there, a Discovery visit lasting 45 to 60 minutes can include a hair and scalp assessment, photography, a clinical impression, recommended labs and a personalized roadmap for hair concerns. Specialty functional testing is offered when it is appropriate for the case.

Skin health care covers acne, from topical prescription creams to oral medications and isotretinoin for severe, scarring or treatment-resistant acne, along with rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, rashes, hyperpigmentation, hidradenitis suppurativa and excessive sweating. Hair care includes PRP therapy made from the patient's own blood, Xtresse FR topical therapy, and hormonal and internal support. In-person services include PRP hair restoration, microneedling with growth factor treatments, BHRT initiation visits and in-clinic dermatology procedures, and some procedures require a visit at the Boca Raton clinic. Virtual care covers new patient consultations, lab review, prescription management and follow-ups, with telehealth patients required to be physically located in a state where the provider holds an active license at the time of the appointment. Laboratory and specimen collection fees may apply depending on the tests ordered.

Root-cause care for hair, skin and metabolic health that looks past surface symptoms to hormonal, metabolic and other internal factors, with individualized plans built for long-term results rather than temporary fixes.
