The lash menu runs from light volume and volume sets to mega volume sets, with refill appointments for lashes that have fallen out or grown out. Lash lifts give natural lashes a semi-permanent curl, and colored lashes and 3D decals can be added to extensions. Brow services include tinting matched to the client's hair color, in either ombre or a single shade, and brow lamination.

The facial menu covers a basic facial with a two-step cleanse, exfoliation, mask and moisturizer, along with dermaplaning using a sterile blade, high frequency with electric currents, microdermabrasion and a back facial. Add-ons such as extractions, LED light therapy and a vegan lip scrub can be combined with a facial. Waxing covers the lip, chin, brows, underarms, arms, bikini, legs and Brazilian area, and an after-Brazilian steam towel mask is available.

Booking has a few specific rules. Some services ask for a $25 deposit when booked online, and Mega Volume sets and refills ask for $30. Touch-up visits can only be booked within 7 days of a client's last appointment and are not a substitute for a refill, and clients who need more than a touch-up may be turned away. A 25% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Squeeze-in and after-hours visits need to be arranged with the provider before booking online.
