Waxing is a large part of the menu, from small areas such as the lip, chin and ears to full arms, full legs and full back. Brow services include threading, waxing, and tinting, and brow tint is described by the business as dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested. A separate men's waxing menu covers ears, nose, underarms, shoulders, back, chest, stomach, arms and legs.

Facial add-ons include LED light therapy, gua sha, a hand massage, and Give Me 15, which adds 15 minutes to a 60-minute facial. Add-ons can only be booked alongside a facial. Customized and enzyme facials are on a loyalty card that gives 50% off every fourth facial; no loyalty discount applies to add-ons.

Clients who cannot keep an appointment are asked to let the salon know as early as possible so it can be rescheduled. The business is open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays, with hours that vary by day.
