The massage menu covers deep tissue, Swedish, sports, prenatal, couples, lymphatic drainage, hot stone, thermo therapy, cupping, CBD, Thai technique, Graston technique, craniosacral therapy and AromaTouch. Most massages can be booked as 60- or 90-minute sessions, and deep tissue and Swedish are also available in 30 minutes. Massage is described by the business as a form of alternative medicine that fits within its holistic services. Facials include acne, anti-aging, calming, deep cleansing and vitamin C express options, along with skin analysis. The acne facial suits oily, acne-prone or unevenly toned skin and includes steaming, deep cleansing, extractions and a healing mask. The calming facial is designed for redness, itching and stinging. The vitamin C express facial is a shorter option for dry, dehydrated skin and does not include extractions. Facials use Dermalogica products, chosen for skin type and concerns.
Assisted stretch sessions are personalized, one-on-one stretching appointments in 30- and 60-minute lengths. Before a first session, the therapist reviews lifestyle, injury history, posture and goals, and may use a MAPS assessment covering mobility, activation, posture and symmetry. Bookings can be made by phone at 215-598-7750, by email form, or online through the MindBody calendar. Massage therapists are available Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 7 pm, Friday from 9 am to 3 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 2 pm, and the spa is closed on Sunday. Facials are offered Monday from 1 to 4:30 pm, Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm and Saturday from 8:45 to 11:15 am. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, carry a $25 cancellation fee. Major credit cards, cash and check are accepted.
Aesthetic treatments such as dermal fillers, microneedling and chemical peels are provided through HD Aesthetics.
Massages and facials are tailored to each client's individual needs, and therapists can coordinate with a client's other healthcare providers if the client chooses.
