Every visit starts with a one-on-one assessment rather than a set package. Plans are paced to the client's skin, and skin tone, healing history and individual risk factors are weighed in each recommendation, including screening for hyperpigmentation and keloid risk. The practice describes its approach to skin of color as part of every consultation rather than an add-on.

The first consultation is complimentary. Every treatment requires an individualized consultation and medical screening before it is scheduled. Services are by appointment only.

Injectable options include Botox, which is used to soften forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, and dermal filler, used to restore volume and define the cheeks, lips and jawline. Collagen stimulators Sculptra and Radiesse are planned as a series and build results gradually from the body's own collagen.

IV therapy delivers fluids and selected nutrients into the bloodstream after a health review. Vitamin injections are offered for selected nutrients when clinically appropriate, such as vitamin B12 or vitamin D3. Medical skin products come with a home routine chosen for skin type and goals.

The practice says it would rather keep a client for ten years than sell a treatment today, and its recommendations reflect that long-term view.
